To maximize your investment in each CastleQuest Briefing, and get the most from the CastleQuest Training Center, we encourage you to review these helpful hints and learn more about how to use the interactive tools that are included in every live CastleQuest Briefing.

Helpful Hints

• Please review and familiarize yourself with the log-in instructions as soon as you receive them. This will take a few minutes of your time.
  
• The WebEx Player is required to view each CastleQuest Briefing. Download it here: www.webex.com. WebEx will confirm the availability of a Player at the time of your log-in for a specific Briefing.
  
• Have your computer (with ample bandwidth) and telephone ready.
  
• Log-in to the Briefing prior to calling the tele-conference number. You may log-in up to 10 minutes prior to the start of the Briefing.
  
• Keep the tech support telephone number (included in your log-in email) nearby should you experience any technical difficulties.
  
• Please make sure your email address is current. This is the only way you will receive your log-in instructions and any updates.
  
• Please check our website often for program updates.
  
• To reduce the possibility of interference from your internal spam filter, please white list the following domains: @wec-llc.com.
  
• Note: Please set your screen resolution to 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768 before viewing any Briefing to ensure a full-screen view of the Briefing.
